In the world of broadhead design, blade steel has always been a game of compromise. MagnaCut was purpose-built to eliminate those traditional tradeoffs, delivering a balanced performance profile that directly translates to better results in the field.

At its core, a broadhead blade has one job: cut efficiently and reliably through hide, tissue, and bone. Edge retention is critical here, and MagnaCut excels thanks to its fine, uniform carbide structure, which allows it to maintain a razor-sharp edge longer than many conventional stainless steels. But sharpness alone isn’t enough. In real hunting scenarios, toughness becomes equally important. MagnaCut offers exceptional resistance to chipping and fracture, meaning it holds together even when encountering heavy bone or steep quartering angles.

Why is this the first MagnaCut broadhead?

Someone has to be first, but the truth is for far too long many manufacturers have passed value steel as a premium product. With our in-house machining capabilities, we can make a premium product with American steel. We have literally raised the bar and broken the seal, pushing the broadhead world to a new level.

The only excuse now to not use it, is that it is too high quality. My thought around it is this, if you want the best you have to use the best. We are choosing to use a steel that dominates for the job at hand. The broadhead and arrow is the one touch point between your tag and the animal. I want to make gear for one chance, when you have practice, worked hard and sent an arrow on its way. I want to make gear that is the best out there for those that hunt hard and don’t compromise.
