Day Six XD

The next evolution in the Day Six arrow line is the XD series shafts. This 5mm shaft
has a lighter gpi than our HD shafts for those who want flatter trajectory or higher
FOC. Unlike all other 5mm shafts that come with a cheap insert or outsert, the XD
shafts come standard with our patented Centric System components as well as a ma
chined nock bushing to reinforce both the front and the rear of the shaft. Just like our
HD series shafts, the XD is made to the same tight tolerances to provide for precision
tuning and accuracy.

XD Arrows

I had ordered some XD shafts and just stuck with the standard insert they came with, been waiting to build them until I was ready with my new bow.
After I got my new bow set up I figured out cut length and built the arrows. While waiting for the epoxy cure time I played with other shafts I had on hand. I was only having marginal success with those producing paper bullet holes and it was honestly frustrating. Made me second guess a lot of stuff.
My XD arrows are finished curing so I went to the paper, first arrow, 3/4” nock right tear, made cam adjustment and sent all 12 bare shafts through paper one after the other and all were bullet holes with no nock tuning!!!
This is easily my new go-to arrow!!!
Shoot straight, shoot Day Six!!!

First off, the XD arrows are amazing, lazer straight and tough as nails. Re-sighting my bow to the new arrow weight, and even with the occasional miss, the arrows are unfazed.....that being said, Bryan personally took my call and answered all my questions before I placed my first order. Not something you'll see at other archery shops these days. Unparalleled service, thank you!

Have no complaints, bought a dozen XD shafts,
very consistent arrow flight (I'm an average shooter)
Managed to ruin one arrow target shooting (hit the nock and also damaged the shaft of hit arrow).
I also had a complete pass through on a Wisconsin Whitetail buck, recoverd the arrow and deer in under 50 yards!!
